OVERVIEW

 

Canada Lands Company CLC Limited (CLC) will be issuing a number of Requests for Proposals (RFP), Request for Quotes (RFQ) as well as will be soliciting quotes in a range of disciplines for its projects at both Wateridge Village and 291 Carling Avenue in the City of Ottawa.

In advance of doing so, CLC is currently inviting Algonquin businesses with expertise in any one of the disciplines outlined below, to become prequalified for an invitation to participate in the relevant process.

Interested Algonquin businesses must contact Katherine Constantine, Director, Real Estate, National Capital Region, CLC (contact details provided below) to determine if they meet the prequalification requirements of a specific opportunity. If so, that business would then be formally invited to participate in the respective process once it has been initiated by CLC. DISCIPLINES

 

WATERIDGE VILLAGE

 

  1. RFP for Ontario Land Surveyor (Phase 3 at Wateridge Village)

 

o   Preparation of concept drawings, parcel sketches and preliminary plans created to adjust the subdivision layout, right of way widths and lot/block dimensions

o   Acquisition of and preparation of a topographic survey of the property and high-resolution aerial mapping photographs

o   Confirmation of all existing Land Registry Office survey records for the subject and adjoining lands

o   Preparation of Lot Summaries, Schedules, and other information as required by the City of Ottawa for submission of the 4M Plan, Part Lot Control Application, registration of easements and closing documentation

o   Preparation and deposit of Reference Plans for utility easements, joint use and maintenance agreements and land transfers, including all certificates

o   Survey field work as necessary in relation to all responsibilities

o   Qualified Ontario Land Surveyor required

 

OTHER CLC SITES IN THE NATIONAL CAPITAL REGION

 

  1. RFP for Aerial Photography

o   Take a series of aerial photographs (drone photography) and ground photos of the site(s) as directed by the company

o   High resolution images must be provided for CLC’s future use on websites, brochures and any other promotional materials.

 

  1. RFP for Event Photography

o   Take a series of aerial photographs (drone photography) and ground photos of the site(s) as directed by the company

o   High resolution images must be provided for CLC’s future use on websites, brochures and any other promotional materials.
